Vipers is Thambapanni’s women’s club. It carries the same badge as the Lions and plays out of the same city — but it is not a second XI, and it does not stop at cricket.
The idea is simple: a woman who wants to compete should have a side to do it with, and a club that turns up for her the way it turns up for the men. Kit, ground fees, fixtures, a name on the team sheet. The same things, without having to ask twice.
